PC Wizard offers a range of personalised technical support for all our customers, including regular service telephone calls and remote support to ensure we offer the best service possible.
Rather than only respond when there is an issue, we call our customers regularly to check they are happy with the service they are receiving, and to ensure the ICT system doesn’t get outdated. We will always aim to give clients an estimate of work costs before carrying anything out and keep the customer informed throughout a job. Many of our customers are on a remote support contract, so we can access their machines easily and quickly and ensure their computers run smoothly and problem-free all year long.
